What makes this experience special.
The Susten was built in the 1940s to be a road — not a collection of hairpins. The line is clean, the sightlines long, the surface in a condition other passes don't have.

We start from the Bernese side because the morning light hits the Steinhaushorn. A photo stop at the tunnel mouth, a short halt above the Gadmertal — both places no guidebook explains properly.
At the Stein glacier a long breath. Then back before the road fills.

FAQ
Frequently asked about this experience.
We drive between June and October, with the clearest light in July and September. The highest passes often open only in late June and close with the first serious snowfall.
Rapid change is the rule. We check the forecast the night before and again in the early morning — if a route doesn't make sense, we propose a better one.
We know all the relevant alternatives. You'll hear from us early and we'll drive the route that's most honest under the conditions — without compromising the day.
Yes. We recommend a maximum of one passenger per car so concentration, visibility and the driving experience aren't compromised.
Any car you enjoy driving and that is mechanically sound. From a GT3 to a classic 911 — we drive the pace of the day, not the pace of the car.
Yes. We plan the route with reliable charging in Andermatt, Airolo or Meiringen. Please arrive at the meeting point fully charged.
Most passes have a station, but not all are open early. We always start with a full tank from the meeting point — please fuel up beforehand.
We know places that don't sell postcards. Not itinerary items — real pauses, woven in on request.
Yes. We know the points with the best light at the right time of day and we stop calmly, without blocking anyone.
The exact meeting point is shared with the confirmation — usually a quiet car park near the start, away from the main road.
The pace of the road. Guided, flowing, focused — never a race.
Free rescheduling up to 72 hours before the experience. If we cancel for weather: full refund or a new date of your choice.
Clear communication by radio, agreed lines, agreed stops. You drive your car — we drive ahead and see the road for you as well.
Every experience operates within Swiss traffic regulations. Speed limits are non-negotiable.
Each driver is responsible for their own vehicle and insurance. We recommend a policy that explicitly covers alpine roads.
